The Kesler puck to the face was pretty nasty and it got me thinking about some of the more memorable facial lacerations/bruises that have occurred in the past.

Jeff O'Neill had a nice eye injury in the 2002 finals, looked pretty nasty, similar to LeClair above (minus the Franken-nose), but missed no time.

Though him skating around with the Cup with the blood running down his cheek was pretty awesome.

The only recent Pens one I can think of was Ryan Malone taking a puck to the chops in the '08 SCF. Was back remarkably fast.

I remember the year the Wings lost the finals to the Pens Lidstrom was speared in the testicles in the WCF but no picture...wouldnt want to see that either. He had surgery shortly after the playoffs ended.
