I think they can. It looks like Bortles being Bortles is the only thing that will stop the Jag's O today, though.

Oh, I'll never predict a Pass D that's up there with anyone's in the past 30 years. This is the Jags' 99.9% percentile outcome for me and they're still a flawed 10-6 team with a big upside.

It's been called all the time.. Pointing at the players like that is taunting. Granted you are right it's time to put on your big boy pants and man up but still a penalty
