Pens fans have a good argument IMO. They should never have left Richards that open, that's on them, but that was a brutal offside call.

Ruined a brilliant move by Sid too. Handed the puck behind his back to himself...really sucks when the whistle is that delayed too. Scoring opp wasn't guaranteed or anything, but deflated them a little bit.

The effort wasn't really there and then when they made defensive mistakes Rangers made them pay. The Rangers D though has been outstanding so far.

I mean, they don't look sharp, that's for sure. However, goal #1 is on MAF, not effort. Goal #2 was a defensive breakdown. Again, they could be much better, but they're not out there playing like nothing is on the line.

First period seemed more like Pens thought they had it in the Bag because of thier superior players. I dont expect that to carry over to the second.
