Congrats Johnny and other NY fans.
Lundy was awesome tonight....see ya Sunday night.....come prepared!
But I agree that teams who have to go 6 or 7 games every series, tend to have more trouble as time goes on - it's just a matter of having an inability to put teams away

Martin St Louis is all class. It's amazing the hate he gets for requesting a trade. Just watch this post-game interview how humble he is, how much he loves this game and how much this win meant to him after a horrible day in his family. He's powering his way through this interview.
Congrats Johnny. Your boys came to play tonight.
Pens just blew their chance for the Cup. Not having a long break before going into the next round (if they even do) will prevent them from reaching 16 victories.
Yep the odds are against them.
Only one team won the Cup when going 6 or 7 games (after the first found went to 7 games in '86-'87) in the 3 rounds prior.
Well if the Penguins can finish it out on Sunday, considering that Habs/Bruins is going at least six games, it might not be as bad - but if the Penguins go 7 it would be a different story
True that will help since this round could go until the end of next week.
So far if the short series notion holds true after two rounds only the winner of the Bruins/Habs series (due to first round) and possibly this round if the Kings win today and next game will there be only those teams with short series.
It has been a very interesting playoffs so far and fun to watch every series.
I hopw the team from Friday, shows up tonight.

Early impression is that Maatta certainly looks as if he'd be able to play, but there's no way to gauge from the press box how he feels.
Let's get it on!!!
