I'm 23 and broke, so the drinks I've tried are fairly minimal...mostly what's on special, haha

Been there. Now somewhat comfortable yet overworked. Should be making near double what I am paid.

If not drinking straight, I used to use slammers in that situation. Get something that fizzes a lot (sprite or something). Add lots of liquor, a little sprite or whatever, slam the glass down and then drink the glass while the sprite fizzes like mad. It takes a lot of the bite off.
