Wendys actually has pretty decent nuggets. Better than McDs IMO. I have no fuckin' clue what a turtle shake is and have not heard about a nacho cheeseburger. Both sound frightening.

A turtle shake is a like a turtle sundae made into a shake, and it's incredible...hot fudge, caramel, pecans, cherry....awesomeness
