I am not too sure about this signing. He will probably have to play at the 3 and our spacing will be horrible. The good thing is we will have good rebounding and will be able to pound the paint.

From what I hear, he takes a lot of long 2's and 3's which he misses and kills the offense. He is an absolute monster inside 10 feet.

We could have an elite defensive front court though. that alone should amount to more wins.

Thinking again, I think the signing is ok. We have shown that a free agent is willing to sign with Detroit. Also, we can't afford to not make the playoffs for another year. The fan support just isn't there at the moment. I think we have to field a mediocre playoff team for a few years before we can even think of trying to build as a contender.
