What is on the menu ? Beef I hope.

Sorry, I am in my "low cholesterol" phase of my life. I very seldom get to enjoy beef anymore and when I do it's going to be a steak cooked by someone who won't turn it into a piece of leather or a juicy burger on the grill.

First did some boneless chicken breasts I will slice wafer thin for sandwiches. Now the country style ribs are on. Will throw a pan of beans on in a few hours.

Wife, two daughters and granddaughter driving back from Omaha today. Menu will be country style ribs, smoked beans and tater salad.

Got to go get the taters on.
