With just 5 races remaining to the IndyCar season and with Dixon and Power making gains on Ericsson after the double races in Iowa, the IndyCar Series moves back to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway to run the Infield Grand Prix. This 14-turn infield circuit utilizes Turns 1 and 2 of the Speedway plus the infield and the front straight-away to provide a sort of street course race with a touch of a prtial oval. It is always fun to watch the Drivers make the necessary adjustments or get sucked into wrecks and failures. It is a pretty competitive race.
