Another complete clusterfuck of a race from Ferrari. Lingering throttle issue for Charles is bad, but calling for Carlos to box mix scrap, and then box so late with no chance to make up the places are so egregious it makes it seem like they aren’t even watching the race.

And I know there are a lot of Merc fans here, but George is 1000% more annoying now that he’s driving the Mercedes. Trying to act like he held a place on Checo after diving down inside and almost making contact just like last weekend. Come on, guy. That wasn’t even close. I’ve always liked him as a driver, but man, he’s bitching too much

I forgot to hit submit on my post. Still not as dumb a mistake as Charles made. Here it was.

The Ferrari has ridiculous pace in practice and Quali, but RB has a very low drag rear wing and is 20kmh faster in a straight line.

Hell of a battle between George and Checo. Good run for Lewis. That Ferrari would have finished so far ahead if Charles didn't throw it away.

I typed it up and went to see what components Carlos changed to get the penalty to see if I could justify him coming back to 4th and never came back to finish my post because i got distracted by some piece of hockey news. I only included the post to show how far off I was anyway, lol.

My highlight made me think back to "brake magic" last year where Perez commented on his radio as Lewis went skidding past him "What an idiot."

Well he made up for it today by stuffing up his restart. What an idiot...

I have done something similar way back when IndyAndy was still alive and on the board. Made my picks and then didn't hit the submit button and ended-up with no points. Hard lessons to learn. You'll be fine. Your are def in the hunt for the Championship!!

BTW. If you get distracted in the future, just visit the thread of the race and check to see you are there. If you are, then you can go to the rack. You can always get-up early and add your picks if you forget. You have until the engines fire to get them in. And I had one of those once. 45 minutes was the closest I came. Once. LOL!
