The average fan doesn't know anything, so I couldn't care less about their opinions. The average fan can't name the 25 man roster. Causal fans pay for team though so I don't hate them, but I also don't like to talk baseball with them.

And we CLEARLY see the game differently. I care about production. Not too sure what you care about, because you never say.

I've said Profar will be special and you countered with he'll never hit 20 HRs...which kinda makes you an average fan in my book

Get over what? I don't consider Rev or even you, who I disagree with sometimes, an average fan. You are right though, opinions will vary, and mine does from yours on the definition of an average fan.

what have I said that you've disagreed with besides the value of Washington?...maybe Ryan too.

I've stated opinions on Cruz, Kinsler, and Profar in the offseason.
I stated I thought Ross would make the 5 man rotation at the start of camp and I've said this board and it's rants are in midseason form after two games. (some before the first pitch)

I don't write them down. I don't even remember if it had anything to do with Wash or JD. I don't think it did.

Not many times do I care to get into it here. Those were just the points I remember making and the flack I took from some for stating them.

I don't think my opinions are any better than the next guys...well, maybe a couple of guys here but not the majority. I tend to defend the point if required and it's required here if the opinion isn't in line with the majority....least that's my opinion. Moreland may fail, may not produce, but I won't trash any player after 10 to 20 AB's. That's an agenda to me, not a fan of the team

I can agree with the agenda thing. I was as vocal about Moreland should not be starting game 1 as anyone because Lee was pitching. I understand it was Opening Day and give some leeway for that but I just think you put your best foot forward. If Moreland would not have been able to understand that then too bad but I think he would have been fine. But once the game started I was all for him doing something positive. So I do agree there is no point just ripping a guy everytime he fails. Unless he keeps failing and Wash keeps putting him out there as he did with Murphy last year. And I was a big fan of Murphy. Even then my frustration was not with Murphy but with Wash. Enough is enough. Plus I have hoped for big things from Moreland each year but after last year that died out. So I don't really care if we treat him as some delicate flower.
