Wash basically said weeks ago he was going to roll with with essentially this lineup for game #1. On opening day platoon splits be damned.

I think Choice will get plenty of at bats this year.

I think opening day is a different circumstance bc nearly every team will start their regulars.

Inevitably there will be times where coaches/managers will go on feel but that's a flawed approach if that's all it's about. The best approach is always a holistic one. I wish and hope Wash would improve in that regard. I don't think it's too much for us fans to ask personally.

If you read what I stated my issue is not just with Moreland. Its that we have MM and Martin in the lineup and Choice a righty on the bench. And I hope they all do well but it would not change my stance on the lack of common sense to this lineup.
