If he corked for 20 years, why was he never busted like Sosa? I'd imagine that he broke quite a few bats in his life, why weren't cork pieces ever scattered across the infield?

Yeah I don't give this one much credeence, he wasn't a power hitter, he was a singles hitter. Cork would not do much for him.
