How in the hell does a person (even inebriated) not notice a fng parade & even attempt to slow down?

Then I saw woman and thought, well probably not.

But the number of people injured pretty well suggests intentional.

1. Passed out/asleep from alcohol or drugs

2. Hit the wrong pedal and didn't have the motor skills to correct

3. Did it intentionally, whether a premeditated decision or a heat of the moment one.

Craig's video from St Louis displays just how fast you have to be going to kill someone with an automobile and how to do that much damage it almost has to be intentional, especially looking at where it happened.
