Gah, how in the world are there ZERO HIGHLIGHTS of this game? there WERE cameras there, and they HAVE the highlights, why aren't they online??

the only highlight that exists online is the boulerice and downey fight on a youtube video. a little distant and shaky video work from a fan. :/ just doesn't make any sense to me.

I saw the hit live. I would compare it to the OV/Gonchar hit from 2 seasons ago. Franzen saw Orpik coming at him, tried to avoid the hit by moving out of the way. Orpik's initial reaction was he appeared to stick out the leg to get a piece of him. Stupid move? Maybe, deliberate knee? I would say no, just a bang-bang reaction. My opinion, unfortunately no replay on the jumbotron to get a better look.

Also, how did Comrie and Tangradi look?

If Comrie / Malkin / Tangradi is a line, can we call it the Comradi line?

It looked like they just collided on the hit to me. It didn't look like Orpik stuck his leg out or anything or tried to knee him. From where I was it looked like they were about to hit pretty square on and both players tried to move out of the way and knees must have collided.

I don't know though. I was in the 2nd to last row in the upper bowl in the corner on the opposite side of where the hit occurred. And I only saw it live haha.

Comrie and Tangradi looked pretty good out there with Malkin. Malkin was all over the place so I don't know how much of that was on them though. The line looked real good but it's only the first preseason game.

I thought I'd use that sig for a couple days as my own way of voicing my displeasure. (I had to step away from the computer and take a deep breath shortly after the incident though)

I didn't want to clutter up the board bitchin' and I've made a lot of good Penguin friends around here. No sense ruining it all over the first preseason game...

But again, I had make that sig though. Can't blame me for being unhappy. I thought it was the best way to show it without being a dick. (unless you are Crosby's leg or Orpik, then I guess I am being a dick)
