They really weren't high risk guys to get. Comrie looked like a steal, but the hip surgery not only slowed him down, but gave other guys the advantage to taking up spots on the team and proving themselves to coach. I wish him the best, but it's not like he needs the money or anything. Just enjoys the sport I'd imagine. Kovy...well, that was a fun flashback, and I really wanted to see him play with Malkin, but not worth the money he'd want, and not worth money for an entire season. I want Adams and Rupp back definitely, and I really like Asham, but he won't be available for the money he got this year, and is honestly under used. I wouldn't mind Duper back, but it's all about the salary. Along with Kovy and Comrie, Godard is definitely gone, and probably Talbot. Kennedy is all about what he asks for. If it's too much, let him go out and get overpaid. We'll reap the rewards and save the money.

I think I was the only Pens fan with a soft spot for that guy. He actually played well at the end of the '09 season and into the playoffs. Heck, he FOUGHT a dude in the playoffs. I understand why Buffalo fans dislike him though, I'd be peeved about him winning.
