His stock definitely dropped big time. He is a one dimensional player and with Jeffrey and Adams able to play solid 2 way games the writing was on the wall for him.

Shero said that was for conditioning purposes only. He did keep them on the 23 man roster. Which is now down to 22 with Letestu being traded.

So i do agree we will see Crosby on Friday.

I know it's been mentioned in this thread, but worth saying, again. How the hell did they get a fourth round pick for Letestu?

With the rest of you I am shocked they got that much for him.
His game is a top 6 role and he was never going to get that in Pittsburgh. He is not a checking line center and hasn't looked good this year.

The one BIG thing here that the Penguins got rid of a two-year one way contract. So the only other way he could have been dropped was via waivers and I imagine most teams would take a claim on him, then the Penguins would have received nothing.
