Man, Fleury's rebound control has gotten suddenly awful after being decent at the start of the game. That's three or four that have come right out into the slot. Two of them have been buried. The defense needs to be better, sure, but he's got to absorb those shots a little better, too.

I am done watching this team until changes are made. If that change is firing Bylsma, let it be. If it is pursuing a trade for Malkin, again, let it be. They have looked like absolute shit for almost a year now. Crosby doesn't want to shoot anymore, our grinders are grinders and our defense is clueless.

Good work, Malkin. Now perhaps they can actually use this powerplay.

On an aside, this team needs Staal back. I think his value to the team is underrated. He's so good defensively, and teams have to pay attention to him offensively. He's a dual threat and a complete player.
