ya the first period is how they played early in the season now in the 2nd and 3rd they went back to playing on there heals. we just flat out stink right now i'm not sure we can beat the flyers today.

True, he got outcoached last night. Bishop's injury was also a factor but no excuse to lose control of the game like they did. Cooper should've adjusted better.

I believe that the Lightning are contenders & have as much talent as anyone in the league but right now they can be described as a tempo team. When they have tempo they're very dangerous but when they lose tempo they look lost. In order to be true contenders you have to compete even when tempo isn't on your side. More gritty & physical play is needed.

ya you saw it in the first period when we are on we are really good! then when we are off we really are terrible. Maf really saved you guys a lot in the first period. Then the rest of the game we fell flat on are faces.

True todd, Bishop's injury seemed to completely derail the team. Maybe the Lightning are a bit too dependent on Bishop?

No doubt we need Bishop. I have a feeling he was pouting because of that goal that hit his stick handle and he blamed the team for allowing that breakaway while on the power play. We'll see if he plays tonight.

Hope Bishop is okay, hard to tell who the MVP of the Lightning is, it's either Bishop or Stamkos. But personally, I think the Lightning are better without Stamkos than they are without Bishop. Without Bishop, the whole system falls apart.
