Sid's come to play tonight, but not a whole lot of the rest of the team. Bottom six and all the D look slow. But we're 2-2 going into the third, so there's still a chance.

I thought the Canes got away with a lot of hooking and holding, but they still played a heckova game. Pounced on all the lose pucks got in the way of a lot of passes and just generally made life miserable for Pittsburgh all night long.

Bad news guys, just played Penguins @ Hurricanes on NHL 15 & the Pens lost 5-4.

Oh well, I'll be at the movies so whatever.

I need a break from the Pens, really bad for my blood pressure sometimes.

I really hope we don't lose another home & home set. I could understand losing to the Islanders because they're a good team. But no excuse to lose to the Hurricanes. Pens better play with a lot more vigor. If they lose these 2 I might take a week off from Pens hockey in complete disgust. I just don't like what I'm seeing as of late.

I truly look for a huge rebound game tonight. Not sure why but just have that feeling.

Anyway with Dupuis and Bennett out their depth is really hurting. Now Goc is out, there is only so much WBS filler that will work for an extended period of time.
The shame of it is they don't have much in the way of true top 6 more puck control forward types in WBS that are truly ready.

Finally I wonder how much longer Sill sticks around and finally give Payerl his chance?
Sill is creeping up on dubious distinction, granted he needs to play 22 more games, but he is currently at the third most games to start a career without a point.

I also can't believe Sill has been on the team this long. He's not even good by WBS standards. Somehow he's a mainstay on the NHL team simply for being an agitator. As if Downie isn't enough

Also Ehrhoff & Scuderi don't do jack for this team. Really wish we could get rid of them.

Will be hard to dump Scuderi but we could probably unload Ehrhoff for a late round draft pick simply because of his contract.
