Gerbe decked Depres, but that was really close to interference. The Canes will probably get a powerplay, though, because Megna should get an instigator for starting that fight.

I don't think the game misconduct on Megna was necessary. Seems a little harsh.

I mean, I'd prefer in general that anyone who starts a fight after a legal hit gets one, but that's not how it's usually called.

Pens look a lot better tonight. A lot faster. Crosby is flying again, but needs to finish the plays a bit better.

Carolina's getting away with some holding and interference, though. Setting a lot of pucks off the puck while exiting the zone and not getting called for it. They were doing that last night, too.

That was a great play by the first line, and Crosby on the half break draws the penalty.

Trying to figure that one out myself. I think the Canes just couldn't keep up the level of intensity they had on Friday night. Pittsburgh had a lot more room to work with for most of the night.

The goal by Bortuzzo was absolutely crazy. Both defensemen thought that the other guy had him. Simultaneous brain farts and he scores.

Scouty I'm really disappointed with Sid's play as of late. I love Sid to death (would literally take a bullet for him) but I gotta be honest, he's not even playing like a top 6 forward right now.

Geno has been a stud tho.
