I think he is. He missed 3 wideouts, either in, or on their way to the end zone. And even on that last TD, where he had that great 30 yard completion, he chose the guy double covered instead of the wide open WR streaking down the sideline.

I think Gator fans are just used to having bad QBs, so have come to accept this kind of play.
