This thread will attract Pirate fans. Maybe a Dodger fan or two. Just watch. Those bastards will come.

I fully expect you to be on every forum and social media starting the movement. Once I call you our crusader there is no taking it back.

Tale of the Tape (NL ranks in parentheses):

Goldy: .305 BA (11th), 170 Hits (6th), 34 HR (1st), 118 RBI (1st), 97 R (3rd), 96 BB (3rd), 15 SB (22nd), .406 OBP (4th), .556 SLG (1st), .962 OPS (1st), 6.7 WAR (3rd)

RBIs = 18.4% of team's runs scored, next highest on team is Prado at 11.8%. Good shot at a gold glove this year, probably goes to him or Rizzo.

McCutchen: .327 BA (3rd), 180 Hits (2nd), 20 HR (22nd), 81 RBI (11th), 93 R (6th), 70 BB (7th), 27 SB (6th), .408 OBP (3rd), .523 SLG (5th), .930 (3rd), 7.9 WAR (1st)

RBIs = 13.8% of team's runs scored, highest on team is Alvarez at 15.5%. Good defender but won't win gold glove this year because of Gomez.

Should Yasiel Puig win the NL MVP over Adrian Gonzalez and even Carl Crawford! Baseball tonight team debates.

I can see people making a case for McCutchen or Kershaw above Goldy, but there is zero chance anyone would ever vote Freeman over him.

Yeah, Freeman is having a great year but his numbers don't compare to Goldy. Not even close... offensively or defensively.

Freeman is a bitch who has no pressure because of good pitching. McCuttch is a loser!

I would accept the McCutchen argument, but the rest of that is fucking ridiculously retarded.
