I just looked him up and saw that. Is his show just more of what he did on Howard? There toward the end of when I was watching (maybe late 2006?) he was in real bad shape. Howard and everybody else was waiting on him to die. Artie is like the nicest, most down-to-earth comedian you'd ever meet. But he's not going to live to be an old man. I think we all know that.

He tries to taylor his show after Stern's, for sure, but nobody can pull-off an interview like Howard. I mean that dude could get Chuck Liddel to admit he was molested as a child and start crying uncontrollably.

What pisses me off is Artie used to blow-off his choice-seats Yankees games because getting up at 4:30AM and working four hours per day was simply too much for him. Well, maybe if you're wrapping H in prosciutto.
