What about Regier, Boss? Do you start with a new GM and coach, or just one?

I don't think Pegula likes to lose.

He just extended Regier's contract before the season so I think he is safe and Regier and Ruff are close so I have no idea what they are going to do. I think it would be good for the team and Ruff if he moved on.

I think it was a huge mistake to extend Regier.

At this point, I don't think a coaching change is suddenly going to turn them around and make them a playoff team this year.

With that in mind I'm OK if they decide to show a little loyalty to Ruff and let him finish out the season and then part ways. Let's him go out in a better way by not firing him in the middle of the season.

If it was a full season and I thought that a new coach would give them a chance to turn things around and make the POs still, I'd say get rid of him now though.
