canucks currently have a team pdo of 0.986 (bottom 10 in the league right now)

the last time they had a sub 1.000 PDO was the year 2000

if advanced stats are to believed ... they will get better lol

shooting % in the last 4 games of 2.3% speaks volumes about their puck luck recently.
Luongo has allowed more than 2 goals only once in his past 10 games. 4 wins in that span. that ain't right.

as an aside I saw others tweet about it last night ... during the second intermission, did Gilman basically say they would have bought Booth out this past summer if he wasnt injured?

no. he basically said it was a moot point, b/c Booth was injured. twitterazzi read into that.
he did say they needed and expected Booth to be a 20 goal scorer
