GrandDad's "Floating Sourdough" Pancakes
One could skip the sourdough starter here...
-3 eggs separated
-1 T. sugar
-1/2 t. salt
-1/ cup flour
-1 cup milk or heavy creme
-1 T. veg. oil
-2 T. sourdough starter
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Put aside. Put all the other ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Fold in the egg whites. Double this recipe to feed five.
