Arizona and ASU have suddenly become incredibly relevant.

ASU beat UW last week and they're now leading Utah 16-0 at the half.

Arizona's offense suddenly looks terrifying with Khalil Tate at the helm. Dude has 557 yards rushing and 6 rushing touchdowns his past two games. Arizona @ Cal is suddenly looking like it'll be a very interesting game. I'm curious to see if Khalil Tate keeps it up.

I've been pointing to that game for a few weeks now, picked it as the game of the week in this weeks pickem too.

I think Cal should win but Arizona needs it more to stay in the South division race. Could be a hell of a game!!

I bought the preseason hype, wrote off a couple of close calls and the Coug loss as that's the way it goes in College football sometimes until the Utah game. Kind of had a feeling the Irish were going to be a tough out for SC.

Still plenty of time, and if they can get back a TO or two of their own this could get interesting. Still looks like the Irish are controlling the game in spite of the 14 points given up over turnovers.

Those last four conference games for USC are no longer looking like the gimmies when the schedules came out.

There have been a total of 7 12-1 conference winning teams since the playoffs started.

I'll give you one guess how many have not been included in the playoffs.

The one loss teams left out have ALL not been conf champs, or had that 13th game to begin with. 100% of them.

Impossible it could happen? No. But precedent setting for sure.

It's all still way too early to even talk about IMO. UW has to show it can bounce back and start looking like a playoff caliber team before any talk about actually being able to reach it. They can't just win, they have to do so with authority and that's not a given.
