He's talented, but has he put his personal problems behind him, and can he convince kids (and parents) that he should be the one directing their future?

He knows football and he can recruit. But at Colorado there's a ceiling of who would want to go there. I think he'd have to go Boise State and just get different kids. I'm thinking his biggest hurdle will be getting quality assistants. A coach with personal problems is even worse than a coach with winning problems (Clay Helton) in my opinion.

That's the thing with him. If he is over the drinking. He could be a really good head coach. He was a damn good OC, that's for sure.

Yes, very... I have confidence in Rick George. Plus if we go into March and spring practices with the interim coach, Darrin Chiaverini, who is going nowhere, we can afford a go-slow approach.

Look up the recruitment of Shaq Thompson and Tosh Lupoi or how Sark refused to fire Nick Holt until he had no choice due to pressure from the AD and boosters. Sark was a lousy HC and a lousy human being. He's right on par with Lane Kiffin who's another royal pos.

What they are saying is true if you spin it. I mean, the Pac 12 is in a much better spot than any other conference if ESPN and Fox folds but since that isn’t going to happen it’s dumb spinning it that way.

Let alone crediting Scott for bringing in more revenue when they couldn’t put an elementary student into his spot and the conference was guaranteed to make more revenue because of television contracts.
