Well depends on how you look at it. ND counts as a P5 so why not schedule BYU and schools like Boise, Houston, and Memphis for a second game and then grab those mid tier power 5s?
get Kansas State, North Carolina and Illinois type schools. throw in the occasional Texas and Alabama

Every fan base wants to visit other bigtime stadiums. Yes, ND more than counts for that, but it's not unique when you go every other year.
