Hamdan doesn't surprise me in the least. But it always felt like OCs under Petersen were there to be yes men as he still made a lot of the recruiting decisions and game planning of the offense.
OCs under Lake are now going to be expected to be the true owners of the O and be a lot more aggressive with speed of plays and game planning.
Paopao kind of surprises me, but Lake obviously is looking to improve performance out that spot.
Will be very interested to see what OC we bring in. Looking forward to that hire. Would love to have Tedford back as he did an amazing job the year he was here as a O consultant, but he may have some health issues that he needs to take care of. Whoever it is needs real experience with P5 offense with this level of talent and able to recruit and close on the top talent. I have a feeling the hire will be coming farely fast as a handshake agreement might already be in place and Hamdan knew he was gone for weeks now.

Excited for the changes to the offense coming. Go Dawgs!!!
