How are y’all feeling about the NFL season.

Looks like Ravens are clear cut faves in AFC. I’m still so hesitant to fall into the trap of doubting the Pats. I can not stand them. Haha. Titans are crazy hot and I bet they win the division and win a playoff game. I think they’re better today than Houston, Pitt and Buffalo. May even be better than KC.

NFC: NFC is where the excitement is. 9ers or Hawks appear to be the likely SB reps of their conference. I can’t count out the Saints. And I also wouldn’t be shocked if GB or the Vikes get hot late and wind up in SB.

NFL has been fun this year.

In his 2nd season, they went 11-2, Carson Palmer won the Heisman and USC finished ranked #4 in the country.

Pete Carroll sucked balls. What did Clay Helton do his second year? Not saying Clay Helton is anywhere near let LA stars wine and dine recruits Carroll but SC can completely be an on the job training. Problem has seem to have been assistants and recruiting.

I meant at first. All of you Trojans wanted him out after his first year. Then when he lost to a top 10 team in Washington State you wanted him out more. With out permanently outraged your fan base seems to be Pete lucked the F out that he had the easiest schedule including probably the weakest Big 10 representative in modern history. Had the Rose taken Iowa our one legged QB could’ve beaten them silly. Your 03 team >>>>>>>>>>>Carson Palmer....which was a Heisman Trophy winner you guys booed for 3 years. It’s much like how UW fans seem to forget they booed Warren Moon and said awful things to him until he punched their ticket to the Rose Bowl.

Why do you say it’s not a learn as you go job? Pete Carroll was terrible when he first got the job. You guys need to do what Oregon has done and has bought assistants who can recruit. Cristobal is a terrible HC too but he and his assistants can recruit. That is more your problem. With what happened with your QB this year is how it use to be with every position on the field and it’s not longer that way.

Not really true. Folks wanted him out when he was first hired. But that was dying down even when the team was sitting at 2-5, because you could see a difference in the team from when Can't Hackett was the coach.
