Thanks for bringing a sold out crowd to see Oregon end UW's chance at the P12 north.
Fun Fact — Oregon will clinch the North before UW is bowl eligible.
If USC can get some bodies back I'd rather see them than Utah or ASU from the south. At least the potential to be a more dangerous team at the end of the year, and that last week bye would mean something.Welp, don't look now, but somehow my Trojans are in the drivers seat for the PAC South.
It may end up looking like this:
But we're in the damn drivers seat.
Mamba crawls out from under that rock and boom Oregon beats the Huskies and become kings of the north. Coincidence ? I think not. lol. I'm just grateful to see less pictures of Petersen and the mistake on the lake .

And Utah plays at Washington in 2 weeks, Washington going into that game after a bye.Welp, don't look now, but somehow my Trojans are in the drivers seat for the PAC South.

Whatever way that game against Huskies turned out or the game against your Trojans and for that matter how the season turns out, I have the same approach. It’s fun to talk sports with a level head.
True. I think I'm a little more frustrated than some of my fellow Trojan fans these days. Being at the game you could see how USC has much better players than most teams they play and with this coach they never have scores like the one they just had. It was nice to dominate a team you should beat easily for a change but it's a rare occurrence and they still did some stupid play calling. I only watched a little of the Oregon Washington game and there didn't seem to be a huge difference in the teams of terms of talent.
On the field the eye test says they were very much equaled. Recruiting rankings aside, that’s a very good thing for Oregon long term.
Tyler Shough from Chandler AZ. He was a 4 star pro style. He’s like 6’5 220. So basically a Herbert type player with essentially the same size. Not sure how good he is.Whos your QB when Herbert leaves?
USC did good getting a 3* from Scottsdale AZTyler Shough from Chandler AZ. He was a 4 star pro style. He’s like 6’5 220. So basically a Herbert type player with essentially the same size. Not sure how good he is.

To be fair, that 3* was coached up by Kurt Warner.
To be fair I'd still suck if I was coached up by Montana and Brady with Kurt Warner helping them. Kurt did say Slovis learned to read defenses early in HS. That had to be really helpful and give him a leg up. I'm really liking him. I was at the game Sat night and while he had a cpl throws that I'm sure he'd like to have back I never saw him make any bad plays.
The QB battle next season should be really interesting. JT wasn't bad last year and he was looking really good when he got hurt this year.
I don't know why exactly but I don't like him as much as Slovis. I think one of the things is when Slovis gets pressured he don't try to do too much. He will throw the ball away or just take the sack. Daniels seems to sometimes turn bad into worse. Arm strength I like Slovis better too. If Slovis keeps it going I don't think Helton will have much of a choice because Harrell will want Slovis I'm thinking.
