I’ve been told he has a health condition so there shouldn’t be a scandal just tax payer paid hospital visits all the time. At least that’s from what I’ve heard from his last two stops.

That's the thing. LA isn't Columbus. The hypercompetitive California sports media doesn't spend 24/7 sucking off the team and sweeping all the crap under the rug.
His recruiting methods and those longest yard rosters he sports would get ugly fast in LA.
It's part of the reason I don't think he'd coach USC.

You got to be wondering if the power and demands the boosters have at that school is why the top target ADs have already reportedly told them they're not interested.

This article seems like a lot of rumor mill, although I can understand the USC president not being interested in Meyer with all the baggage he brings.
They is plenty of coaching talent out there that could get USC back to competing for PAC chmps and playoff bids.

Ron Rivera would be a great fit, imo. That is if things don’t go well in Carolina. He is a terrific HC whose succeeded for a long time in the NFL.

He may be their only choice. Not a lot of G5 HC's standing out this year who would be a good fit in LA, and the current P5 coaches know what a job at USC means .. win or die.

I added to my previous post too. Rivera May be out at Carolina, whether he deserves it or not, which imo, he doesn’t deserve to be fired, but it may go that way.

They already have .. last week SC offered Cohen and she turned them down. Looks like Wazu's Chung is still leading with the bookies in Vegas to be SC's new AD.
