I’m not complaining about his results but with Thompson back, we had a defense lined up to rival Utah and your inexperienced defense. But losing our Earl Thomas on a defense that runs a cover 1 man blitz scheme doesn’t work.

The story said he left because he became ineligible. In other words, he no longer can play at the college level. Leach didn't drive him out. He violated some undisclosed rule and was forced out.
