Outlook on Cesar(plus Chatwood)

Is Cesar droppable? I believe he's someone who probably will do well in the next couple of months but there's a debate on if he should be dropped for Chatwood. The other option at 2b is Castro and I have two other SSs in Desmond, Mercer. Although Desmond is not currently a infielder due to lack of DPs.

And do you believe the splits on Chatwood are right in that he's good on the road and bad at home?

I would drop Castro before Hernandez.
