Broadcast team that is.

With Miller aboard for every game, we now have a surplus of broadcasters, 3 play-by-plays and 1 color. We have Hall of Fame leadership, but also youth on our side. And F.P. and Snow have gotten a taste of what it takes and can be called up if need be.

I'm glad that we get to spend the Giants season with these 4 guys, they are some important from a fans perspective because they make game so much more enjoyable, it's what actually got most of my family hooked.

Even before Miller joined in fulltime like this, Giants had the best local broadcasters in the country and it's not even close. Anyone who's listened regularly to any other team's broadcasts knows this.

I agree, they aren't boring, but they also aren't so crazy that they sound child-ish.

I havn't heard them all, but the ones I've heard (Florida, Boston, Arizona, Colorado, Dodgers, Padres, A's, Mariners, Detroit) don't compare to what we have, IMO.

I have listened to San Diego a lot (and Phi, Det and Texas in small amounts) and the SF team is BY FAR the best.

SD is painful...

The Mets are the only team with a broadcasters on the same level as the Giants IMO. Great news, I bet Jon is thrilled he's done with Joe Morgan.

Steve Stone is a good one for the White Sox but Hawk Harrelson is awful.

Oakland's are just boring.

Houston's are boring and dumb.

Texas announcers are pretty good. They did the Saturday game against the Padres, way back on the last weekend of the season.
