Faine has been one of our best free agents this year.

Binns did ok Sunday, but it was just the Browns. I wouldn't wish injury on him, but I would like to see Sanu or Jones making plays out there.

Burfict is starting Sunday. Let's hope that if there is a God, he will intervene and make this guy look like the next Lawrence Taylor and we'll all never have to see Rey again.

Let us pray...

Not sure about Moch -- Kramer has a point. But I think Moch's vagina is bruised too.

Marvin Jones got in for one snap, beat his man, and drew a PI. His reward? The bench again. Marvin Lewis is a moron.

obviously, he ran the wrong route... I bet they took Hawkins out just to play Jones for one snap, am I right? The would imagine the Binns/Tate tag team is a fixture until one of them drops dead of old age. (same with B. Scott, he'll never be released, one day he'll just get so old that if he gets hit in practice he'll disintegrate)

This is what concerned me about the rookie receivers. Clearly Marvin Jones has earned playing time. Though he played against mostly back-ups in preseason, he was always always the most explosive player on the field and he caught everything. Then he gets one shot in live action and makes a significant impact. Will he see the field? No.... Not with Marvin calling the shots.

BTW -- After all the hype about Sanu being NFL ready, how much have we stunted his growth?

Marvin has made it clear over the years that rookies won't play unless they have to. He let Jerome Simpson rot on the bench for 3 years. He gave an interview during Dunlap's rookie season, after he had notched all those sacks, saying he didn't want to play him. It's why Burfict has no shot to unseat Maualuga, Kirkpatrick won't start, even after he's healthy, I'm surprised Zeitler is out there.

This is bullshit...Marvin had arguably his best season as an HC riding the backs of two rookies (Dalton and Green). HE acknowleged that he shoudl of played Dunlap earlier...but clearly he didnt trust him. And from what I hear about Dunlap's practice habits it must of been a leap of faith to put him on the field.

I want to see Jones play more, too...and I think he will. I will say, though, that Binns has quietly been impressive. Just looked at the stats...10 targets/9 catches for 94 yards.

As far as Burfict goes...it is just a matter of time until he takes Rey's job. Mavin just started him last week at a positon that the guy has never played. I'd say he trusts him. It's not like he's riding the pine.

Marvin is clearly the Dusty Baker of the NFL.

What's ironic is that some of the best single season performances in Marvin's tenure have been by rookies. Odell Thurman put in an amazing effort in 2005. Dalton and Green were pro-bowl players last season. Marv's an idiot.

I think they did a decent job containing RG-3.

I just had a feeling RG-3 was going to figure out our defense any minute and blow the game wide open. I think we got out of town just in time.
