There is nothing wrong with debate and discussion. But some take it over the top. I like both players and they deserve the credit they get.

My biggest beef there was the hi jacking of topics and a few that would ignore the posters that would ask them to stop but it would continue. We know who they were and it pissed me off.

Also the posters that feed them thinking they are making a statement by "owning" them. You never ever "own" a troll. It's the response they want not the dialogue. Jesus the biggest troll there even said that himself on numerous occasions. I asked him point blank one time "I bet you laugh and jerk off at the responses you get" his response was "Well you got one of them right" so choose your poison. The trolls make the responders look like fools IMO.

Smack talk and my team is better than your team or our player is better than your player are fine. Back it up with your opinion and do it without name calling and personal insults.

That's what makes us fans, but at least respect the other posters when they ask you to take the constant attention seeking BS to another topic.

I love the NFL but it's damn near impossible to post on some forums because they don't talk about the game and if they happen to disagree with you they call you a moron or idiot or whatever.

I know I have ranted long enough and could go on and on. I like it here because even though we will never all agree with each other we act like adults and not 12 year olds.
