Ouch, I had surgery on my right shoulder for a Hills Sach Lesion, really sucked. Now my left knee is killing me. I've been icing it and doing leg extensions. See if I can repair it on my own before going to a doc. This can ruin my winter. I really wanted to get some hockey in.

I'm hoping they can heal and won't need surgery. They were MUCH worse last June, especially the left shoulder. I didn't go to the doctor for 3 months after I hurt them. They're much better now compared to what they were, but still some pain and limited movement in my shoulders. The physical therapist said my shoulders are pretty bad
