Meh, I'm not sure facing Chicago is the worst case scenario. With Bolland out and not due back anytime soon Handzus is their 2nd line center. Chicago is still a great team but the Sharks can skate with them now with the line up they are icing. It also won't be a very physically taxing series which will be a huge benefit should the Sharks move on.

Nemo is a different goalie from the one that played for Chicago. So any perceived advantage is nil. It's probably the one clear cut position in this series where the sharks are vastly superior. Neither Crawford or emery are on the same level as Nemo and are more likely to lose a series for the hawks then steal one.

Nemo probably has an advantage on hawks shooters because their tendencies don't change much.

The series on forwards and defense is almost a wash. Should be interesting which sharks team shows up

Like, anything he can tell them about plays/philosophies the SJ coaches hammer into the players?

Or is that stuff not so "secret" and scouts already pick up everything they would need to share, etc.?

I'm thinking Handzus can give the other CHI centermen tips on how to beat the Sharks in the faceoff circle.

Other than that, I think Quennville and Todd know each other well enough where they won't be surprised with any of each others strategies.

LOL. As I'm watching these Western series, I'm rooting for every forechecker to finish their checks. THen once the game is tied, like it is STL/LA right now, just stay tied and check each other harder!

Elliot isn't a true #1 goalie kind of like Crawford and Emery. Of the remaining teams in the west and probably even the west the sharks have the best starting goaltender

Nabby just couldn't get a single bounce his way. Tough series for the Islanders to lose, but they did scare Pitt alittle.

If Nabby could have stopped Orpik's shot from the point this series might have had a 7th game.
