Jonathan Allen thinks he is a leader:

Well good , he is a leader and a mid level starter, hell falco is a leader

Well ... so much for the culture change.

Although I would like to see the FO offer fair contracts in a timely manner the guys who aren't there are under contract for the year. Funny, I remember a few years ago a QB that played under TWO one year contracts because he wasn't extended. Meanwhile, the teams prize draft pick is not here for at least the start of OTAs again.

these things are disturbing . sweat , chase payne and tmac not here during bonding time isnt good payne should get something close to what allen got and tmac is going to get paid . unless mathis and dotson are answers . i would say its a step or 2 down in play
