I wouldn't say Germany has underachieved. They won 2 matches and the one they lost to Serbia, Klose got sent off because the ref was handing out yellow cards like they were cotton candy. Germany had to play 60 minutes down a man. England was overrated all along IMO. I think Germany wins this one. But as everyone knows, there's a reason they play the game.
