Who has tried Insanity? I just started today and almost
Fitness test probably kicked your ass.
I did an Insanity & p90x hybrid workout. excellent results. But you got to eat good though, cut out the fucking fast foods, soda's (including diet drinks), and all that refined shit (white bread, white rice etc.) Eat more whole grains, whole wheat, fruits, leafy greens, fish, chicken, tofu, lean meats, the list goes on. Drink lots of H20 too, if your piss is yellow you're not drinking enough water (unless you just took a multi-vitamin).

lol, I'm trying to bulk up a little right now, then in the Fall I may try a hybrid workout between the two. Plyo is important. I wanna start doing yoga though, as fruity as it sounds, that shit is really good for your body.
I'm too intimidated to do yoga at the gym...The one place you are guaranteed to be surrounded by nothing but attractive girls in yoga pants. Is that gay?

Those good foods need to get cheaper...
I dont care the cost of healthy food... It is worth it to me. For just myself my grocery bill is like 100 bucks a week. Thats expensive for one person, but all my meat is certified organic. I do most of my shopping at Whole Foods.
Not at all. Healthier food has a shorter shelf-life, thus it's more expensive to keep it stocked. That's one main reason. It is very odd (or not so much knowing the capitalist world we live in) that the healthier foods are more expensive.
And the government stresses to eat healthier because we are all fat....

Ramen noodles and hot pockets...lol
25 bucks doesnt even cover my fluid intake.
