All those video workouts are pretty rough. They are great for conditioning but not putting on size.

I've done p90x except for the toughest one probably in plyo. I live on the third floor of my apt building and don't feel like pissing off the people under me by jumping around like a lunatic.
P90x is tough but not impossible. Insanity seems like it will seem impossible at first and then your body will adjust if you actually work hard. You get what you put into it.
That said, ouch. And all I did was the fit test to gauge how "not" in shape I am in right now. Lots of moving and jumping.
