He discovered he likes beer. He apparently rarely or never drank when he was playing but in retirement has developed a taste for it.

He spoke about being annoyed because during some game they kept putting the camera on him and counted the beers he was having.

When I worked retail there was a woman who would come in and often tell me I looked like Cal Ripken. She meant it as a compliment but as I would have been in my low 20s and he was in his mid 30s I didn't take it as one. Besides the blue eyes, I don't see a resemblance.

In a bar one time someone told me I looked like Tim Roth. I kind of see that one.

The reason I thought of this was I was meeting someone for lunch and waiting outside the place. As I waited a woman walked up to me and said "You look pensive" then walked on.
