Meanwhile, I can share this story. Remember...I live in the middle of nowhere.

Still groggy from waking up, I slowly walked out to the mailbox and stopped before crossing the street like usual. I looked both ways for traffic when what went by? Some dude on a scooter. Took him forever to drive by. I stared at him until he disappeared over the horizon before getting the paper. As I slowly walked back to the house, I squinted at the paper and muttered out loud, "Well...that's the second unmanly thing you've done today."

Also disqualified. My guess is there was some breeding age females there that would have been impress with your unostentatious behavior. My guess is you were genuine in your endeavor or if you had an ulterior motive, it appeared sincere and disarming to the females. Even if copulation wasn’t your intention, it will serve to soften future targets for romantic endeavors. Quite manly.

I just had a bit of success with the ladies in my youth and I appreciate the ability of the modern day male to improvise and overcome the obstacles that the modern women have created. This helps keep the species strong. You see basic anthropological and sociological scientists would tell us that it is in the genetic makeup of the male of our species to proliferate. It is also in the genetic makeup of the female to insure excellence and survival of the species. In modern day romances, the male no longer physically dominates the female (there are law against it), but he shows an intelligent and sophisticated personality which has a greater relevance in today’s society.
