I remember watching Eli in the early 80's on those dominant UVIC basketball teams - I didn't realize he was battling cancer and lost the battle yesterday. Interesting to note that he played a prominent role in the development of Steve Nash. RIP Eli.

It's a bad good thing. I'd rather have it auctioned off then the revenue go to the homeless for shelter
