another fucked up commute today, and then some joker starts swinging a machete on the skytrain.
suicide by police? it worked.

speaking of fucked up commutes, why do they send the buses out when they know they are just going get stuck.
I can see sending the first few out to see how bad it is, but then why send the next thousand out?
The commute wouldn't have been so bad down Granville this morning, except for the right lane which was exclusively used as a bus parking lot. SO you have shitty conditions, and only two lanes to work with.
from 41st in, i passed only one stuck car, but must have been 60+ buses just parked. seems unsmart.

B.C. woman allegedly stole Christmas lights off front lawns with help of young girl

The alleged Grinch tried to steal Christmas just after 8 p.m. Friday. She may have had some help. Shockingly, a little girl under 10 years of age may have been her accomplice.

“There’s a little girl in the bush trying to steal their little laser lights that shine into the house,” Antonissen said.

When neighbours came out of their homes, witnesses say the 51-year-old woman left the scene in a vehicle, leaving the young girl to run in the opposite direction.

/whats comical is the building(house) appreciated $2,000 ... and on the bc assessment website they have a picture of it that appears to be taken in 2008 when I had a lilac bush near our front entrance which has since been taken out lol
