Pretty solid game from the U.S. A little dicey on the back end in the first half, but I thought they played much better in the 2nd half and were right in the game. Tim Howard was spectacular. I also thought Clark was great, Onyewu was solid on some headers in the 2nd half, Donovan was fantastic on both sides of the ball, and Altidore was dangerous at times.

Nice job containing Rooney.

Kudos, U.S. Getting a point in this match is a big plus going forward and gives us a chance at earning the top spot in the group.

I was a little disappointed that the United States really didn't even try to maintain possession at all in the 2nd half, but I love the result. The Brits are so full of their team and their media spoon feeds them shit about how good they are. The only thing England ever wins at the World Cup is most overrated. As long as they don't blow it against Slovenia and Algeria, the US is looking good to advance.
